After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Processing time does not include shipping time. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

If there is any issue with your order (such as stock availability or payment verification), we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Delivery times begin once the order has been shipped.

StratosForge Inc is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by local authorities.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist in reviewing the case with the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must comply with carrier guidelines and timelines.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Customers are advised to check with household members, neighbors, or local carriers before reporting a missing package.
