2. Order Confirmation & Processing
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping time. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
If there is any issue with your order (such as stock availability or payment verification), we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

8. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in reviewing the case with the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must comply with carrier guidelines and timelines.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Customers are advised to check with household members, neighbors, or local carriers before reporting a missing package.
